| A Fine Very Large 19th Century Korean Lion Mask from the Hamkyung Province in North Korea. A stunning and powerful piece. Truly a superior example. This mask was used in the Saja Noleum Lion Play, performed for hundreds of years in this province in the northeastern part of North Korea on the traditional Dan-O holiday in May since the Chosun Dynasty. 16 x 16 x 9 inches, 40.5 x 40.5 x 23 cm. Very Good Condition with all of the original paint. | ||
