| A very nice example of the combination of wire and wireless technique from the 1950’s post WWII Japan . The wooded landscape scene is done in the wire technique using very vibrant colored enamels of green, blue, yellow and orange. In the background is the snow capped summit of Mount Fuji done in the much harder wireless technique. The vase stands 6 ¼ inches tall and has chrome plated rims. The condition of the vase is excellent with only some wear to the plating on the rims and a few tiny firing pits. No stress lines. No Restoration.
