| This fine Japanese cloisonne vase, made by the world famous Ando workshop, is done in the popular continuous Egret pattern. Two different sizes of wire are used in the seven Egrets which wrap around the vase, each one uniquely shaped and full of personality. The midnight blue background of the piece allows the Egrets to stand out quite beautifully. The throat and base of the piece are enamel with chrome rims (some light scratches and oxidation). The piece stands 7 inches tall and is in very good condition with light pitting, light scratches and one ding with a stress line coming off of it above the egrets head (barely visible in the last picture) still displays excellent.
