| This is a lovely and rare Victoria necklace, likely dating to the 1950s. It features 12 segments done in an architectural, Moorish-style strapwork motif. Each segment measures 1 1/4 by 1 1/4 inches; the total wearable length is a comfortable 15 inches. The necklace is marked Victoria Taxco, Sterling, 71 (for the design number), and Eagle 12. It has a lovely soft patina, and is very comfortable against the neck. This is a necklace that can go from casual to formal, traditional to very modern - it is elegant and versatile.
