Unique monumentally scaled vase from Massimo Nordio's 2000 'Opening' series. With bands of mat pink glass filigrana bands cut to partially reveal a lower layer of structured polished glass netting. Dramatic handmade Sterling Silver necklace designed by Rey Urban, and made by A. Fausing Denmark c.1960. This extremely sculptural modernist sterling silver collier necklace was designed by swedish silversmith Rey Urban and handmade in Stockholm Sweden and produced for the danish Åge Fausing workshop in the 60s. Very rare. Fully hallmarked as shown. In excellent condition. The necklace measures 7.25" in height, with the interior opening measuring just over 5" tall and just over 4.5" wide.

Very rare & extraordinary sterling silver pendant with a large natural rock crystal sphere designed and produced by Bent & Helga Exner for Hans Hansen in the 1960s. Monumental sommerso decanter by Flavio Poli for Seguso Vetri d'Arte, circa 1950s. In brown glass cased inside a layer of pale yellow. This enormous decanter, standing 22" tall to the top of the stopper, is a showstopper. In excellent condition.

A similar bottle was featured in the 1998 Sotheby's auction "Important 20th Century Glass" with an estimate of $1,800 to $2,400.

Excellent, elegant circa 1940s necklace by William Spratling, arguably the most important name in Mexican Silver. Heavy for it's size, this solid liquid silver necklace is constructed of hollow silver bars over seven silver chains of variying lengths. This design is understated, and extremely rare. The shortest chain measures just under 15" in length. The necklace is authentic and bears Spratling's circa 1940s stamp. Excellent vintage condition.

From Massimo Nordio's 'avventurine' series, this vase entitled 'Ercolano' was displayed at the Correr Museum in Venice, 1999. The work consists of cut blue avventurine, violet sticks, and "milerighe" cut surface. It stands 5.5" tall by 8.5" wide. Fully signed and dated. In excellent condition. Outrageous space age, modernist 14K gold ring by Elis Kauppi for Finnish firm Kupittaank Kulta. Circa 1960s or 70s. With three small diamonds. Marked with Kupittaan Kulta Oy's 'anvil' shaped hallmark, and 585 for 14K Gold Purity Mark. Size 7. Excellent condition.

Very unique ring by Sam Kramer, the 1950s New York based jeweler whose "expressive, organic work and surreal workshop, located on West 8th Street in New York's Greenwich Village, paved the way for other mid-twentieth century metalsmiths, and for many more working today" (Toni Greenbaum). I believe this might have been a custom piece made for a musician, as I can't find anything quite like it in the literature or online. Extremely fine triple cased sommerso decanter attributed to Flavio Poli for Seguso Vetri d'Arte, circa 1950s. With a cranberry colored glass core cased inside a layer of vivid blue, cased again inside lavender. The effect of the three layers of colored glass is stupendous. This lovely decanter has a slightly flattened form and stands over 16.25" tall to the top of the stopper. In excellent condition.

Great hallmarked art deco 14K Gold ring with two rows of small, faceted, sparkly diamonds: one row on each side lining a tall black onyx cone. Probably European. 18 diamonds in all. It is a size eight, but could be resized by a jeweler. Is stands over 3/8", or 11mm, tall above the finger. Marked "MG, 14K, 585, 4." Excellent vintage condition.

Amazing pendant / brooch by Michigan silversmith John Pagacz, circa 1950s. In sterling silver with three cultured pearls. The two darkened areas in the center are recessed, oxidized to create the patina, and hand detailed with a pattern. The workmanship in Pagacz's work is truly amazing. Unsigned. Has both a loop for a chain, and a pin mechanism so that the piece can be worn as a brooch. Measures a large 2.25" x 1.5. Excellent vintage conditon.

This extremely unusual sculptural item is made of solid, clear glass with internal red and green inclusions. It is unsigned, but possibly by Fulvio Bianconi for Cenedese, circa 1950s. In the 1950s, Bianconi, who is best known for his creations for Venini, designed a series of objects for Cenedese in which he "drew" with multicolored glass threads in colorless glass. The distinctive color scheme and bold experimentation of this non-functional item makes Bianconi a likely designer. Unsigned.

Rare kinetic showstopper designed by Bent Gabrielsen while he worked for iconic Danish silversmith Hans Hansen. In textured sterling silver with a dangling disc that has a gold wash. The disc has a pitted texture which contrasts beautifully against the vertical pattern of the body of the pendant. This is a large, bold piece, measuring 3.25". Excellent condition. Structuralist bracelet & earring set by noted modernist Paul Lobel, who produced innovative jewlery in his New York studio in the 1950s. Consisting of ridgid sterling silver links and matching earrings with their original srew-back mechanisms. The bracelet has an integrated hidden hook clasp. Bracelet measures over 7.25" long and the earrings hang 1 3/8." Signed "Lobel, Sterling" as shown. Excellent vintage condition.

Lovely covered dresser box attributed to Artisti Barovier, circa 1920s. In green with applied pink "pasta glass" details and a beautifully crafted purple and green bunch of grapes on the lid. The entire piece is lightly iridescent, making it glow and reflect in the light. This thin and light piece has a snap pontil, and is a rare piece of early Murano glass. Measures approximately 5" in diameter and 3.5" tall. Excellent condition.
