Korean Mother of Pearl inlaid black Lacquer dressing Mirror Box or Chest, Joseon or Chosun Dynasty, 19th Century, 10 1/2" deep, 6" high, 7 3/4 wide, inlaid diaper design on top and front, floral design on both sides, Bamboo design in the back, small inlaid bamboo design is in the back side and around the Bat shape Brass handle. Lift up the hinged top to reveal the mirror inside under the top, one(1) drawer supported by low bracket feet wrapped around by solid Brass frame. All hardware fittings are solid Brass with drawer pull is shape of flying hairy bat. To open the top, push forward the round half moon shape button on top and horizontal shape of brass piece will pop forward and then lift up the hinged front top section, and rest the mirror any heights and angle necessary. The condition is all original, shows wear and tear over the years, missing mother of pearl flower pedals and leaves on both sides, and missing mother of pearl and wood separation on top area.

Set of Eight(8) Japanese two different shades of Gold Maki lacquered covered bowls, Ca. late Meiji early 1900, 3 1/4" high include top or cover, 4 1/2" diameter top rim. Raised low relief design of Gold Maki Lacquered Ferns and other flowering plants behind rock garden on dark chocolate color of lacquer on wood. The beautiful and detailed fine Lacquer work was done two different shades of gold in different relief design continues to the cover, bottom and side ways. Inside the bowl is very light color of cafe au lait color, different than outside dark chocolate color. Two(2) gold lacquer butterflies decorated under the cover. There are very minimal few tiny lacquer chips average size of 1/8" on the bottom and top rim, not very noticeable.

Three(3) Chinese Export Porcelain Rose Mandarin Demitasse Cups and three(3) Export Porcelain Rose Medallion Demitasse size Saucers, Ca. cups-1830-1840, saucers-1860's, both designs are typical Roses and Mandarin figures in the garden. They are not set but will go together, they were made in different times. Saucers have couple hairline cracks and one of saucer has chips on the bottom rim, cups are in fine condition and large Mandarin figures are all around outside the cup.

Chinese Export "Nanking Cargo" Blue and White porcelain Tea Bowl and Saucer, ca. 1750, tea bowl-1 1/2" high and 3" diameter, saucer-4" diameter and 5/8" high, underglaze blue Pine tree pattern with diaper border. this Nanking Cargo tea bowl and saucer was auctioned at Christie's in Amsterdam in 1986, the catalog number is #5528 for both saucer and tea bowl in original paper stickers on the bottom outisde the bowl. Firing kiln mark on the bottom and tiny shallow frit smaller than 1/16" x 1/4" wide and glaze hairline extended about 3/4" long on the rim of the saucer, the tea bowl is in fine condition no damages.
