Chinese Export Cafe Au Lait and Blue and White Porcelain small miniature size Saucer, Ca. 1770-1790, 3 1/2" diameter, 5/8" high, with a Scholar is walking with cane on the lake scenery, Pavilion behind him in the full center area bordered by soft underglaze blue background with flower pedals, and Cafe Au Lait glaze underneath except inside the rim on the bottom. The condition is good, no damages, the soft underglaze blue decoration is very pleasing.

Chinese Export Porcelain Cafe Au Lait and Famille Rose Tea Bowl and Saucer, Ca. 1790, saucer-4 1/2" diameter, 7/8" high and Tea Bowl-3" diameter, 1 1/2" high, with overglaze enamel decoration of Peony flowers inside the Maple shape cartouches, with Cafe Au Lait glaze on top of the saucer and outside the Tea Bowl. Very tight hairline on the saucer, start from the rim about 1" long and another hairline from the rim of the bowl and down about 1 1/2" long.

Chinese Export Porcelain Cup and Saucer, made for American Market, early part of 1800's, saucer-5 " diameter, 1" high, cup-3 1/2" wide with handle, 2 3/8" diameter without handle, 2 5/8" high. Brown overglaze design of broad leaf border on the rim and highlighted in gold. Restoration work was done on the saucer, 1" long hairline from the rim. The cup is in good condition.

Chinese Export Famille Rose Porcelain Tea Bowl and Saucer, 18th Century Qianlong period 1736-1795, decorated with European Figures, saucer-4 5/8" diameter, 7/8" high, tea bowl-2 7/8" diameter, 1 1/2" high, a man watching and care for the couple of curly hair sheep, woman is breast feeding for the baby sitting on the rock in front of Pavilion and farm houses further behind in front of the mountain. The decoration was done in overglaze enamel and highlighted in fine gold brush stroke. The tea bowl has continuing design on the outside of the bowl, showing very peaceful European farmer's family life. Saucer has three(3) tiny frits and 1/2" long hair line extended from the rim, and the tea bowl has three(3) tiny frits on the rim and one(1) chip on the foot rim.

Chinese Export Rose Mandarin low relief design Porcelain Brush Pot, 4 1/2" high, 2 1/2" diameter, made during 1830-1840, with molded and relief design of the Chinese Scholars in the garden scene, low relief butterflies and antiquities on both sides, all in overglaze enamel decoration. Glaze star crack on the bottom and two(2) stains on unglazed bottom rim. Some kiln bubbles popped on the gilded top rim which is somewhat worn from the usage.

Chinese Export Famille Rose Mandarin pattern porcelain covered dressing jar or box, circa 1840, 3 5/8" high, 3 1/8" diameter, with overglaze enamel of Chinese Mandarin figures in two(2) cartouches and bird and butterflies in another cartouches. Top of the cover is decorated with full scale of Mandarin pattern of court yard activities. The quality of the painting is very fine and still retain the brilliant gold highlight. There are some frits size of 1/8" wide on the bottom of the cover and hairline crack about 1/2" to 1" long, visible only from inside.

Chinese Rose Mandarin large and heavy porcelain Brush Pot, Ca. 1830, 6" high, 5 1/8" diameter with full circle of different Mandarin Court Scene outside, one side decorated with Emperor reading courier letter, the other side is decorated with Lady Musician playing string instrument and a man looking outside the window above the Banana tree on the rocky garden in overglaze enamel decoration in brilliant gold highlight. This piece is one of the early Rose Mandarin. Some gold on top rim shows wear from handling, and kiln firing crack about 1 1/2" long only inside near the bottom on the side, but not showing outside. Kiln touch mark little indentation on the bottom unglazed rim and one(1) tiny bubble popped on the gilded top rim 1/8" wide.

Chinese Export Rose Medallion porcelain tea pot and bowl in fitted woven bamboo basket with brass handle and hinges, Tea pot-4 1/2" high, 6" wide with spout, 4" diameter on the bottom, and Tea bowl-1 7/8" high 2 5/8" diameter-top rim, Basket 5 3/4" high, 8 3/4" wide, 6" deep-oval shape bamboo woven basket, made during late 1800 to before 1920. This is typical pattern of Rose Medallion with Famille Rose color of Mandarins in the court yard inside the enclosed cartouches surrounded with birds and flowering branches. This set is all original and still in very good condition, no marking on the bottom. The tea pot with brass handle and tea bowl have no damage, and the basket is in very fine condition with brass mounting and aged to dark brown patina.

Chinese Famille Rose Porcelain Bowl, 6 5/8" diameter, 2 7/8" high, with over glazed decoration of the Dragon and Phoenix Bird with multiple floral decoration with vines on the entire surface outside the bowl. Sea green glazed inside the bowl and inner part of the bottom rim, with red Qianlung mark in square space but I am selling as a 19th Century piece. This bowl has fabric box with later made wooden stand and also contains original receipt from "Tokyo Art Shop" in Imperial Hotel, Tokyo in Ginza which dated "Chinese Bowl, made in Chienlung Era(1736-1795 A. D.), purchased on Oct 16th 1948 by present and current owner. Details of decoration is very fine and beautiful, only one(1) owner kept this bowl until today. The condition is good, no chips or frits, no restorations, only thing is the gold decoration on the rims are somewhat rubbed off from the age.
