Chinese Famille Rose Porcelain melon shape jar, later part of 1800's, 11 1/2" high, 8" wide-widest part, 4" diameter-top opening, with overglaze decoration of Antiquities and Chinese style urn with flowers on stand. Smaller chips about 1/8" to 1/4" wide and frits on the top rim and some shallow minor chips on the bottom, this type of chips are very common for this type of jar used daily.

Chinese Famille Rose Porcelain Bowl, 6 5/8" diameter, 2 7/8" high, with over glazed decoration of the Dragon and Phoenix Bird with multiple floral decoration with vines on the entire surface outside the bowl. Sea green glazed inside the bowl and inner part of the bottom rim, with red Qianlung mark in square space but I am selling as a 19th Century piece. This bowl has fabric box with later made wooden stand and also contains original receipt from "Tokyo Art Shop" in Imperial Hotel, Tokyo in Ginza which dated "Chinese Bowl, made in Chienlung Era(1736-1795 A. D.), purchased on Oct 16th 1948 by present and current owner. Details of decoration is very fine and beautiful, only one(1) owner kept this bowl until today. The condition is good, no chips or frits, no restorations, only thing is the gold decoration on the rims are somewhat rubbed off from the age.

Chinese Blue and White bottle shape Brush Washer with narrow opening on top, 3 3/4" high, 4" wide-widest part, 2 1/8" diameter-top rim, with snow pea flowers in the midst of scrolling vines and leaves, two(2) dark blue Double Happiness Chinese Characters on both sides, all the decorations are done in underglaze blue. Export wax seal is on the bottom. No damages expect very tight bruise about 1/2" x 1/4" wide on the inner side of the unglazed bottom rim.

Chinese Blue and White Porcelain Ginger Jar, 7 3/4" high, 7 1/2" wide-widest part, made later part of 1800's with Double Happiness Chinese Characters on three(3) areas among scrolling vines with snow pea flowers in underglaze blue. This Ginger Jar has right kind of top, decorated with double happiness character on top. The blue decorations are continued all the way to the top rim, leave very thin unglazed top rim, most of other ginger jars of this kinds are: top covers outside the jar rim but this top goes inside the jar top rim. There are some Chinese characters written in black ink under the lid unglazed area, this writings appeared to be old, maybe original, not added later date. No damages or restorations except kiln imperfections which is very typical of this kind of blue and white wares.

Two(2) Chinese Blue and White Porcelain high footed sauce individual Dishes, 1" and 7/8" high, 3 3/8" and 3/5/8" diameter, two(2) are slightly different sizes, decorated floral pattern in underglaze blue, mark on the bottom. One of the dish has 3/4" long very tight glaze hairline on the bottom center section around the marking, impossible to show in the pictures, the other dish is in good condition, no other damages or restorations.

Chinese Export Canton blue and white porcelain trivet or hot pad, 5" square, 1/4" high, with typical blue Canton design of Pagoda, boats and willow trees in the lake next to bridge, in good underglaze blue. This is little lighter color of underglaze blue decoration than another trivet listed stock #1A21 but made during same era 1840's. There are tiny bubbles popped and became tiny frits around the rim, no major damages. Please see my listing just before this one for another Canton blue and white trivet/hot pad.

Chinese Export Canton blue and white porcelain hot pad/trivet, ca. 1840's, 5" square, 1/4" high, with typical Canton design of Pagodas, willow trees, bridge and boats in the lake, a man inside the Pagoda reading book, decorated in good underglaze blue with unglazed bottom. The underglaze blue is very good color of blue, representing the early part of 1840's. Two(2) shallow glaze chips about 1/8" wide on the upper left side rim and tiny bubbles popped and tiny frits around the edges but this is typical for Canton wares. No major damages.

Pair Chinese blue and white Canton porcelain Tea Canisters, circa before 1830 and 13 3/4" high-with carved rosewood tops, 12 1/2" high-without tops, 7 1/4" wide square with unglazed flat bottom. This pair of Canton Tea Canisters are very heavy weight with typical Canton decorations of a man on the bridge, sampans in the lake, pavilions with pine and willow trees and two(2) men walking up the hill to the Temple, all the decorations are done in underglaze blue. Two(2) carved rosewood tops(at least 40 years old) came with this pair Canton Canister set. There are few very shallow glaze chips on the corners, about the size of 3/4" to 1/4" wide, and frits on the top rims, both rings like bell.

Chinese Export Cafe au Lait glazed Porcelain Tea pot, made later part of Qianlong period 1736-1796, 5" high with knob, 7 1/2" wide with spout and handle included. Iron red and black overglaze decoration of flowering branches with highlighted in gold inside the leaf shape open cartouche on both sides and another smaller cartouche under the handle. Only damage is two(2) small old frits, the size of 1/8" inside the unglazed area of the top rim.

Chinese Export Famille Rose Mandarin pattern covered dressing jar or box, circa 1840, 3 5/8" high, 3 1/8" diameter, with overglaze enamel of Chinese Mandarin figures in two(2) cartouches and bird and butterflies in another two(2) cartouches. Top of the cover is decorated with full scale of Mandarin pattern of court yard activities. The quality of the painting is very fine and still retain the brilliant gold highlight. There are some frits size of 1/8" wide on the bottom of the cover and hairline crack about 1/2" to 1" long, visible only from inside the cover.
