Japanese Dragon design Cast Black Iron Tetsubin, Teapot, this kettle is supported with three(3) small feet, with twisted iron handle, and Pewter top, Meiji period, 1880's, 9" high include handle up, 9 1/2" wide include the spout, rust inside the tea pot, with twisted handle and impressed design of vines on the Pewter top cover, raised Dragon is flying among the clouds. The tip of spout is brokwn off and repaired(small piece of broken piece is saved inside the kettle).

Japanese Keyaki Wood front heavy weight two(2) section Tansu with heavy black Iron Eagle mounted and back plates plus Brass Turtle, Meiji period, 1890's, 46" high, 48" wide, 17 1/2" deep with two(2) long graduated size drawers on top section, lower section consist of one(1) shorter drawer on the left side and two(2) small drawers hidden inside heavily mounted hinged with black iron door. Black Iron raised Eagle back plates with Brass Turtle around key holes, handles are also heavy weight black iron, all the corners are wrapped around with black iron. Tansu has square wide and long handles for carrying on the side, and bottom and top sections can be fasted with these side handles, mixed wood inside the drawer, Cedar wood smells good. The condition is all original.

Japanese large three(3) section Kimono Tansu with ornate decorative simple hardware, Ca. 1920, 60" high, 47" wide, upper section has two(2) sliding doors reveals open space with shelves on the right side, and two(2) small drawers for lady's necessary assortment and jewelry in the left side above three(3) large drawers horizontally next each other and middle drawer has lock compartment with very pretty flower shape metal lock backplate. Middle section contains three(3) pull out long trays for storage of the large Kimono behind the two(2) large blind doors with lock compartment with flower shape back plate. Finally bottom section has two(2) long wide graduated size drawers, with contains lock compartment with flower shape back plate. This Tansu has a beautiful wood grains and all hardware are original. All 3 sections are lock in place using hardware on the side of the Tansu automatically, the condition is good.

Japanese Samurai Warrior in full Armor on Noma Uma Black horse, special small tough Horse in Japan on black wooden stand, Ca. 1910, 15 1/2" high with stand, Samurai on Horse Doll is 12" high, 10" x 5" wide, fully dressed with typical Samurai Warrior outfit, with brocade cloth and some metal and paper decoration on the Armor outfit. Horse and Samurai have glass eyes, one eyebrow on left side lost some thick black hair. Old Paper Label said "Made in Japan" underneath the wooden stand, signed Kanji in black ink on the edge of the frame on the bottom. The condition is reasonably good despite of delicate materials and all the detailed sewing and different parts were used.
