Japanese Imari Porcelain Double Gourd shape Vase, Ca. Meiji period, 1868-1912, 12" high, 1 3/8" diameter-top rim, 7" wide-widest section, 4" diameter-bottom rim, flying Phoenix bird, dragon inside four(4) separate round circles and Mon design inside the top round circles in typical overglaze red and gold highlight surrounded with floral vines in underglaze blue. Top rim has rough area with tiny frit.

Japanese Kutani Porcelain Saki Cup Washer with Cover, Ca. 1910, late Meiji period, 5 1/4" high with cover on, 6 1/4" diameter-top rim, overglaze scenery of bridge over the river, and country houses and Pink Cherry Blossom trees decorated and highlighted with brilliant raised gold decoration. It looks like the figure with pig face walking on the bridge with flag? The top Bowl section is resting above the three(3) wide legs look like under the bridge support but all in one(1) piece. Signed in red "Kutani" on the bottom. The condition is good.

Japanese Imari Porcelain Octagonal flared out shape Bowl, Ca. Meiji period, before 1900, 10 1/4" wide, 4 1/4" high, with Pine and floral design in overglaze enamel in 4 separate panels, other 4 panels have fruits with seeds in underglaze blue, all highlighted with brilliant gold throughout inside and outside the bowl. Gold design is worn on top of the rim slightly, no cracks, no restorations, no damages.

Japanese black lacquered woven Bamboo Trunk, Meiji period, early 1900's, 11" high, 25" x 15" wide, with large and heavy black iron handles supported by wooden board on both side, paper lining inside and metal hinges on top to open one side of the top cover. Japanese mixed wood Cyprus and Pine wood 2 section Tansu, chest, Ca. Meiji period, 19th C., 42" high, 34" wide, 17" deep, with original reddish brown finish with heavy black iron round back plates and handles. Upper section with 2 long graduated size drawers above one long and one short graduated size drawers next to 2 small drawers on the right side bottom. There are cracks on the lower long drawers front about 4" to 6" long. There are Kanji writing on the bottom of the both pieces, and some splits in the back from age and dryness over the years. The condition is heavy original, as is condition.

Japanese deep 3 dimensional carved Bamboo Saki Jug or Container with one stopper, Ca. 1880- 1920, 9 1/2" high- with thinner light color of bamboo handle attached into extended to main one piece of bamboo section, 6 1/2" diameter on top with hole in the center of thinly carved flower pedal. Outside the jug has deep 3 dimensional carving of figures and temples with Pine trees and rocky mountainside in natural deep brown color with naturally aged cracks caused by dry air and old age.
