American Gilded on Wood frame large oval shape mirror with Rose and Ribbon on the top, 45" high, 53" wide, 9"high-Rose and Bow top of the frame, 3" wide frame on the sides and bottom, purchased in New York city in 1915. Gilt finish is high quality, highlighted and burnished on the raised area to a very brilliant gold, and the details of carving of roses and ribbons are also fine quality gilt finish on top of the Roses and Ribbon. The condition is good, no major damages, shows some wear on gold.

18th Century Irish or English Mahogany oval shape Cross Banded tilt top Breakfast Table, 30" high, 51" x 42" wide, with Coromandel wood Cross Banded around the rounded edge, standing on the Pedestal with Cabriole legs with caster on the bottom. Chinese Qianlong period, from 1735 to 1796, underglaze blue and copper red with Celadon glazed Porcelain vase converted to a lamp on the square rosewood base, 11" high and 4 3/4" wide in the middle widest area, 3 1/2" wide and 2 3/4" deep for the rectangle top, 12" high with wooden stand, with reclining Dragon handles on both side. One(1) side is decorated with underglaze blue and copper red house in the lake with mountain and lake scenery inside the low relief bordered enclosed panels on white background, and the other side is also decorated with underglaze blue and copper red Deer next to Pine tree inside the low relief bordered enclosed panel between white low relief panels. Underneath the reclining Dragon handles, there are some underglaze and copper red Chinese Poems inside the low relief white background panels. The condition is good, no chips, cracks or restorations except hole on the bottom to make a lamp, which happened long time ago. Buyer has the choice to keep the shade but extra shipping cost will apply.

Japanese Keyaki wood Tansu, two(2) section Tansu, early part of Meiji Period, 1867-1912, with brass Turtle and Iron Eagle on black iron oval shape back plate and heavy black iron handles, 46" high, 48" wide, 17 1/2" deep. Lower piece has two(2) drawers, two(2) small drawers inside the highly decorated with black iron small blind door next to bottom drawer, and top piece with two(2) long graduated size drawers. The Keyaki wood grains are very decorative, the secondary wood is black lacquered Cedar wood. All the lock plates are decorated with raised removable Brass Turtles and Iron Eagles within brass frame. Brass Turtle will move up and down to hide the key holes and change his positions. The condition is good, shows some wears on wood, and little bits of brass beaks of Eagles are broken off.

Pair beautiful rare findings of Korean Scholar Chests "Mungap" with Burl wood inlaid doors and drawers and white Brass "Baektong" lock plates and square handles, 18" high, 32" wide, 13 3/4" deep, three(3) burl wood front drawers above the four(4) removable burl wood frameed panel doors supported by small feet, continue to vertical frame, wrapped with the white brass around the corners, and top shows the dovetail method. All the panel doors are removable through the one door-second from the right-slide and pull through and pushed to the left side one by one to close all four(4) doors, no one can open the doors unless know how to open the whole chest. Only one(1) door-second from right- has the key hole which can be open. The way to open the key hole-only one- is to push the white brass round center of the flower to upward, but none of others open except one(1) door-second from right. Inside the four(4) panel doors, there are four(4) small drawers under the top with small white brass tear drop shape handles. It is very important to lock the documents and papers, plus all the valuable utensils for scholar. The condition is very good, shows the normal age wears, none of the white brass hardwear is missing. This was owned by one of the collectors in DC area for long time.
