We proudly offer for purchase this truly *RARE* ROYAL BAYREUTH (unmarked) POPPY FIGURAL WHITE AND YELLOW FINISH PORCELAIN BELL. As with all early Royal Bayreuth porcelain bells, this item has it's original wood ball shaped clapper intact. The Poppy Figural Bell is clearly derived from the same/similar mold of the Royal Bayreuth Poppy Hot Chocolate Cup. We have only seen a few of these forms in half a century of collecting Royal Bayreuth and this is the only one of my two that I have ever been willing to put up for purchase. The edge that the bell sits on is slightly sharp in a few spots from the sections where the finish is a little shelf worn. Measuring 3 1/2" X 2 7/8". This item has no chips, cracks or repairs and is as stated unmarked from what we can see.
