We very proudly offer a Stunning Vintage German/Continental Porcelain Grouping. This item measures 10" tall and 9" wide. The detail and the quality of this Porcelain Grouping is right up there with the best of known firms. As with many of these early and very intricately created groupings there are some very minor damages. The most offensive is one of the ears on one sheep is partially missing and there is a base chip on the edge below the Mans hat. There are some minor rough flakes to the edge but all to be expected again for an item of this age and quality. One sheep has a rub on the top of his snout but it blends in with the white ground of the porcelain. The detailed painting on this item and model workmanship clearly shows this to be a magnificent addition to any fine arts or porcelain collection. The base has what appears to be a Company Mark that I have been unable to locate to date. It is under the glaze and appears to be a modified capital "A" and another mark just below it. Great Art Deco German marked Triangular Stepped Lithophane Nite Lite/Perfume Lamp. This item has 3 different scenes to view and has a Stepped Triangular Shape. One Scene shows a Church and Village at Winter, One shows Ruins of a Building on the edge of a Fjord with large Pines and the other shows Large Mountains with a group of buildings in the fore ground. The White Porcelain lamp is all one piece. The Lithophanes are part of the Molded Triangular body. The Orange paint is in very good condition with only one possible tiny flake repair of factory defect at the very top edge of the smallest triangular step. The lamp stands 7 1/4" tall and 4" across at the widest point. The lamp uses a candle sized bulb. There are 4 holes to release the lamps heat/perfume scent. The hardware has been replaced to insure safe use. This item is marked on the base Germany 5190 and 86 in Red. Other than the noted flaw/flake? We offer for purchase this beautiful ANTIQUE GERMAN PORCELAIN FIGURAL FLOWER VASE/FROG in the form of a BIRD ON A STUMP! This stunning vase is in the form a brilliant Bird sitting upon a stump which has holes to hold the floral arrangement. This item stands 5 1/2" tall. The Deep Blue head of the Bird is in a matte finish while the majority of the vase and bird are in a glossy finish. There is a manufacturers mark stamped on the base as well as impressed #9913. There is what appears to be either a very well glazed over factory or post production chip under the birds tail. We are unable to determine if this was damage that has been reglazed or if this is factory overglazed. The chip measures 3/8" and does not show until the vase is turned upside down and you look carefully under the birds tail for it. No other chips, cracks or repairs. Beautiful Pair of Vintage German Porcelain Figures in the form of a Blacksmith and Fish Wife. This pair was created by the firm of Porzellanfabrik Carl Scheidig K.G. cica 1935. The Blacksmith stands 10" tall while the Fish Wife measures 9 1/4" tall. Each is marked on the base with a German Eagle and initials of the Manufacturer. Each Figure is double scored under the marks as seconds due to the Blacksmith having a minor in the making glaze flaw where the front of the shoulder joins the body. I have included a close up of the area but it does not show up in person. One would most likely never know it was there if not told and shown but the extreme care that was clearly taken in the production process of these figures show that they were indeed made by an exemplary company. We offer for purchase this Oh so FUN, ANTIQUE MADE IN GERMANY "GOO GOO EYE" MINIATURE/DOLL CHAMBER POT! The outside of this mini chamber post says "Go way back and sit down" in gold. The interior of the Mini Porcelain Chamber pot has the words "GOO GOO" and a "BLUE EYE". Rarely do you find these and even more difficult is to find the Blue Eye with the words GOO GOO. This item is marked on the base within Red Circles, "MADE IN GERMANY" as this item was made in the very early 1900's. There is a small discoloration to a very small glaze crazing inside the item. This ABSOLUTELY is NOT a crack in the porcelain as it does not go past the glaze or through the item itself. It is very minor and we mention it for accuracy sake alone. We proudly offer for purchase this MAGNIFICENT German Porcelain Figural Clock by Hamburg Amerikanische Uhrenfabrik aka Hamburg American Clock Factory circa 1892. This wonderful clock has two courting figures in full dress and surrounded by many applied flowers. The clock stands 13" tall and measures 9" across at the widest point. The Porcelain Clock face has the (HAC) Crossed Arrows Mark and the Case has a form of the Sitzendorf Blue Hash Mark under-glaze underneath the body of the clock. The clock works had worked fine up until about 15 years ago when it was safely packed and put into storage. The works need to be cleaned in order to be working again. There are a few minor flakes, floral tip losses here and there, nothing major but the Woman's fingers (thumb is present) on one hand have been chipped and could use being repaired. There is also a small flat chip on the bottom of the scarf but again, much of this is to be expected with a very complicated figural porcelain clock of this type.
