GREENTOWN CHOCOLATE GLASS CACTUS TUMBLER #2
Greentown Chocolate Glass Cactus Pattern Tumbler! Jacob Rosenthal developed "Chocolate Glass" for the Indiana Tumbler & Goblet Company (aka Greentown) and was released to the public in May of 1902. The very successful line was the star production of the firm until it was destroyed by a Catastrophic Fire on June 13, 1903. As with almost all of Original Greentown Chocolate Glass that survives today, this item may have in the making small air bubbles, dark ash spots or streaks withing the glass as well as edge stress lines created during the cooling process all of which are not considered damage and are natural occurring anomalies inherent to the brittle Greentown Chocolate Glass. This tumbler measures 4" tall and 3 1/8" across at the widest point. This item has a very small bottom edge flake which is extremely hard to see. No othe damage to this item. Shipping Fee is $8.50 plus Optional Insurance Upon Request in the Continental U.S.
