Signed Margot de Taxco Swanns is a coveted design. Even more difficult to find with all the repousse balls in perfect condition. All the balls are channel set making this item even harder to construct. The center reflects the age being open backed repousse. The center drop is 2 in. and the measurement across is 4 in. across. There is a curve at the top of the drop and a 17 in. wearable is estimated. The weight is 80 grams of perfection, just LOOK AT THAT NECKLACE!

17 in. long 1 1/8th in. tall weight 85 grams This Fred Davis was designed by Valentin Vidaurreta. It was later produced by Hector Aguilar for Valentin Vidaurreta which is also listed on my site. This trapezoid shape has a higher peak and each link is a bit larger than the design made by Aguilar. The design is shown in the book WILLIAM SPRATLING AND THE MEXICAN SILVER RENAISSANCE. I could not produce photos to do this justice and only on will the shields come more tightly together. ...

Today I have a Salvador Teran Mexican Silver bracelet that is rarely seen. Each link is built like a shadow box encasing two amethyst cabochons. It has great dimension and creates a strong presence. The links at the tallest is one inch tall and the length is 7in. There is a weight of 83 grams giving the bracelet a very nice heft to the feel. The patina is natural. The safety chain was detached for photography purposes and will be attached when sold. There is no damage to the silver or stones. Sa...

Today we have a vintage Mexican silver parure made by Maestro Sigi Pineda. Sigi has had a long career in handmade jewelry within the Spratling era. His work is heavy, made with excellent stones as this parure also has. The obsidian is extreme sheen on the necklace and you may see silver dots that sparkle on the other pictures which is the camera reacting to the sheen in less light. There is no damage of any kind and this modernist design is a basic to wear with anything. When we see a band aroun...

Gerardo Lopez known for his ability to work beautiful repousse silver with his own creative designs. The quality of his work is outstanding and always made of silver with heft. The drop is 1.5in. across and 1.75in. tall and properly hallmarked as shown. 18.5in. of wearable length. The beading is granulated, tiny and each one hand made. A tedious choice but so we...
