Here is perhaps the most dramatic piece that I have ever held. Huge and magnificent and if that is not enough it is in excellent condition without one dent or ding. The drop is 3.5in. long and 2.5in. across. The peacocks are 2.75in. tall that go around the neck. The repousse is thick and with great dimension weighing 146 grams. We have here 7 very thick, hand chased silver medallions weighing 81 grams heavy. The balls are open backed repousse. I know when you see the back of this piece it is very old with work marks and feels like a piece of history in the hands. The hallmark is worn but you can read 980 MEXICO. This treasure is stunning and made by A. Cazares who is a noted Maestro by Hougart in THE LITTLE BOOK OF MEXICAN SILVER TRADE AND HALLMARKS. This is a beautifully executed, thick silver bracelet that is 1in. wide on the side panels. The piece weighs 29.7 grams and has an airy cut out design and features an amethyst cabachon. Absolutely stunning is this old before 1948 Mexico Silver necklace. The stones are a deep purple amethyst with milky streaks. There are repousse balls disbursed through out on the links and the pectoral. The entire piece is hand chased defining the design. The silver drop is 3.5in. across by 3in. tall. This Antonio Pineda necklace is gorgeous on. The links are a very deep concave shape and where they are connected is a 1 inch tall band. The necklace also has a depth of one inch at it's widest as well. It is shaped on a curve so the wearable is actually the outside rim and not the inside rim which gives it more space. From Antonio Pineda is this incredible cuff with rounded tip spikes of a row of silver and then a row of onyx and lastly another row of silver spikes. I have tried to show the length of the spikes and when I have seen this piece in pictures I thought that the spikes were larger and in person they are .25in. and are quite reasonable to wear. The weight is heavy at 125 grams. The gap is 1.25in and the inside diameter is 2 1/8th inches. The stones are without cracks or chips and the silver is beaut...

This is a rare and early Antonio Pineda masterpiece of vintage Mexican Silver. The most prized moonstones in this design are gemstone quality and glow with blue tones.
