Margot van Voorhies Carr opened with her husband Antonio Castillo "Los Castillo" during the Spratling Era. After her divorce she opened her own shop called, Margot de Taxco. Here she designed incredible treasures like this amethyst cabochon necklace and bracelet # 5302. No damage or repairs and this is one of the BEST examples of this design I have ever come upon. The stones are gem quality with clarity and because they are a gem stone there is no mottle under the stone that develops like the glass counterparts that is more prevalent. The height is .75in. and the length of the necklace is 16in. long. The bracelet is also .75in. wide and 7in. long. The combined weight is 105 grams heavy. This is a most intricate repousse that is highly sought after, just LOOK AT THAT NECKLACE! LAYAWAY AVAILABLE
