This is a well made pre-1948 Mexican silver necklace in the Salvador Teran style. The hallmark reads MMC for the maker. There is a wearable length of 18in. At the widest part of the drop measures .75 tall. The repousse comes outward making the piece more of a statement. The background is Nielo and the designs are layered on top of that providing great dimension. The ornate drop measures 4 in. across and 3in. down. There is no damage of any kind and is a well cared for treasure. One of the pictures show the necklace worn as a choker. Because you have lots of extra length you can make a choker very comfortable. It is a great look as the drop is sized perfectly for it. This is one you can wear and take anywhere, just LOOK AT THAT NECKLACE!
