2 Geo V Silver Folding Pen Knifes repair ? 1911/16

This is two George V period, Sterling Silver & mother of pearl folding pen or fruit knives, for repair ?

The first knife has perfect MOP scales & an ornately chased blade, fully hallmarked with the makers mark 'T.M' (for Thomas Marples), the lion passant (925 sterling), the crown (Sheffield), & the date letter 't' (for 1911 - 12).

On this knife, the point of the blade stands proud (see photo for extent) & the blade does not 'lock' in the open position (it carries on for about 5mm).

The second knife has MOP scales & a vacant silver cartouche, with the front scale is missing a part at the bolster end. The blade is hallmarked with the makers mark 'C.W.F.' (for Charles William Fletcher), the lion passant (925 sterling), the crown (Sheffield), & the date letter 'y' (for 1916 - 17).

On this knife, the blade goes nearly 360 degrees from the closed position, & there is a gap (at the bolster end) between the brass liners.

The total length of the 1st knife is approx 4 5/8" (blade is 2"), & the 2nd one is 5" (blade is 2 1/8").

The first (1911) knife should be easily fixed, but I'm not sure about the second one - please see magnified photo's.
