This is a large Norwegian 830 Silver napkin or serviette ring, made by J Tostrup of Oslo, & dating to 1911.

The ring is circular in form, with a bowed central ring & gadrooned edges.

One side of the ring is lightly engraved with the name 'Agnes' in period script, & the other side with the year '1911'.

The ring is fully hallmarked with the makers mark of J Tostrup, the initials 'J.T', & '830S' (for 830 standard Silver).

The ring measures approx 1 3/4" in diameter & is approx 1 1/8" deep (approx 4.5cm x 2.8cm). The weight is 19.6 g or 0.69 oz.

Condition is Fine with no damage.
