| A most rare, beautiful and elegant early Mexican bracelet. This piece is by a silversmith and designer from Mexico City who produced her pieces in the early 1940s. Little is known about her but this piece speaks for itself: Superb quality and lovely design. There is no eagle mark associated with Ms Van Ryn. This suggest that all her productive years may have been before 1948 when the eagle mark was adopted. The piece is solid silver, all the half-spheres of the links are not hollow, which prevents the formation of dings, ever so common on similar pieces. This bracelet has a safety chain and shows no damage or repairs. The measurements are: 69 g (2.4oz); 19 cm (7 1/2“) long; 19 cm 6 cm (2 1/2”) wide. COLLECTOR QUALITY. | |||||||||
