All orders can be paid by certified check, money order, cashier check, personal check, Visa, MasterCard and Discover. (Through PayPal) and Google Checkout, or any Book also available through The AE Americana Exchange or Abe's Books International, all Major Credit Cards accepted.
All of our products are backed by our 90 day guarantee of satisfaction. All Authentication services (research) and Appraisals and Certification of Antiquarian Books and Documents are charged at a rate of $300.00 and hour (1 hour minimum). These fees are completely waved on Marcus Trading Held Items under Exclusive Brokerage sales arrangements. All Marcus Trading Antiquarian Books Exclusive Brokerage Agreements are a flat fee of 25% of the gross selling price and all applicable taxes are the responsibility of the seller. Exclusive Brokerage Agreements are for no shorter than 90 days, and need to be explicitly set at the time of signing of Any Brokerage agreement. If the customer insists on breaking the agreement before the agreed upon period of time all Appraisal and Authentication fees, and miscellaneous fees will apply before shipment is made. Exclusive Brokerage Agreements that are broken prior the expiration of the agreed upon time to sell will permanently exclude the individual or company from any future b business with Marcus Trading Antiquarian Books. Marcus Trading Antiquarian Books pays all sold brokered items within 72 hours of the clearing of payment of the buyer. ALL ITEMS WILL NEED: Proof of ownership or a Detailed signed statement of ownership for any item we take on consignment or Exclusive Brokerage. If ownership disputes develop after sale of any item, the seller takes on all responsibility and will be responsible to Marcus Trading for any costs incurred for anything involved in resolving the conflict. Certificates of authentication with appraisal $500.00 Minimum. any reason, we will gladly accept your return or exchange and credit or refund your purchase price.(less shipping & handling) No returns on closeout items unless damaged from shipping. Shipping/Freight Shipments are FOB Warwick, RI. 02886 . via Priority Mail or UPS ground. Any order over $50.00 shipper (Marcus Trading Antiquarian Books) may use either Priority Mail or UPS ground for best cost. Continental U.S. only-(E-MAIL US FOR OUT OF COUNTRY RATES) Customer is responsible for freight charges on refused orders. Shipping claims: Any shipping damage or breakage must be reported immediately to the carrier. Please retain all packaging material for the carriers inspection and file a damage claim. |
