Over the next few weeks, we'll be selling books in every interest...all directly from the stored contents of the family homestead. Most of the leather bound books we're selling were from the library of a Doctor with Hartford Connecticut and Martha's Vineyard Massachusetts ties..there are some rare and unusual pieces in his collection. The piece offered here is: Pharmacologia or The history of Medicinal Substances with a View to establish The Art of Prescribing. Written by John Ayrton Paris and published in New York by F.&R. Lockwood. 428 pages of remarkable information, in an old leather bound format. The insides are in great shape. Only very light age coloration...very little spot foxing. The board are leather | |||||
