This 3" x 4-7/8" full-color trade card was produced by Arbuckle Bros. Coffee Company of New York and is dated 1889 at the bottom of the image. Lithograph was made by Donaldson Brothers.

This card (Arbuckle's #93) was one in a series of 50 cards illustrating U.S. states and territories. A note on the back reads in part "This series of cards is at once the most interesting, instructive and artistic, yet offered as an advertisement. The pictures .....

This auction consists of a well-worn but scarce (partial) December 1914 issue of Gustav Stickley's CRAFTSMAN Magazine. Someone has removed the Arthur Rackham illustrated article on fairies, and the back cover is also missing. But there is still plenty of interest left!
