This 5" t. x 7.75" x 2" fan vase is a ca. 1928 design by R. Guy Cowan of Cowan Pottery. The glaze is heavily crystalline and scrumptious. It reminds me of Fulper's Copperdust glaze. Rare coloration at Cowan pottery, a variation of the October glaze (comparable to Roseville Russco).
