This unusual 5-3/8" x 3-3/8" souvenir postcard depicts "A Part of K. T. u. [German abbreviation for "und," meaning "and"] K Pottery and Surrounding, East Liverpool, O. [makers of Lotus Ware].

On the back, a printed notice reads "Published by Davis & Gould, East Liverpool, O. Printed in Germany" and bears the stock number 2942.

This card was postmarked on December 4, 1908 from East Liverpool and bears a green one-cent stamp. The postcard is addressed to Mrs. Olga Newchurch of San Barnardino [sic], Cal., and was mailed (with a short personal message) from Rose E. Dunn.

Condition is fair. The corners have been bumped, and there are chips to the image at all 4 spots, plus some at the outer edges. Some minor age discoloration.

Note that this scanned image is not as crisp as the actual postcard. A great find for the collector or researcher of American art pottery and American china/dinnerware.
