Salem China South Wind Bread Plates (4) Schreckengost
This set of four 6-1/8" d. bread or dessert plates is an example of the 1955 dinnerware shape Free Form, designed by internationally famous artist Viktor Schreckengost for Salem China Company. The decoration here is called South Wind, and is also a Viktor design. The motif is bright red, mustard yellow, turquoise blue, and black on a speckled eggshell background. Very handsome.

No nicks, chips, hairlines, or repairs.
