This 6.25" t. figure was made by Hoganas (Denmark) and is an extremely interesting design of a nude boy riding on top of a tiger, who seems to be under his control. Perhaps there is a mythical or religious story behind these figures. Or perhaps it is meant to depict the African American story of "Little Black Sambo." Mottled semigloss glaze of very pale celadon green (almost gray) and dark oxblood red (almost black). The feet have been ground so that the piece stands level. But no post-factory damage of any kind.
