Regency Mahogany Architect's Desk
Regency Period Mahogany Architect's Desk. On turned legs terminating in brass castors. With flat top working area - false drawer front with brass lions heads and ring pulls. The drawer front drops down revealing a tan tooled leather covered sliding interior with two shallow small drawers and pidgeon holes. Well area lined in green felt and flanked by six hinged boxes with satinwood ovals each containing four letters of the alphabet for filing. Circa 1810. Size: 33.75" D x 57" W x 35.25" H. Slides forward approximately 20 inches. Signed: Phillips - Bristol. Circa 1810
