| What a wonderful find! This is a wonderful 3 panel screen that dates to around 1920. It is hand painted on canvas of giant mums and other flowers, and butterflies. It is on a deep brown ground, the flowers in ochres and whites and blues. The back is plain brown canvas and does have some wear, most noticeably a vertical tear near the side of one panel of some 6 inches over the edge of the wood frame. Each panel is trimmed in large tacks (the size of a quarter) across the top and on the outside edge. The inside edges have the regular sized upholstery tacks. Each panel stands 67" high and is 18+" across. A wonderful accessory to a room. | ||||||
