| Here we have a delightful European 3 drawer stand dating to the early part of the 20th century. It is hand painted with figures and flowers on the drawers, sides and top, and trimmed in gold. The color is a deep reddish color. The surface is chippy and alot of the painting is worn. The edges of the top are worn, as are the edges of the drawers. It is tall on pretty legs with flowers painted on the knees. The drawers are dovetailed and drawer bottoms are chamfered. The chest stands 38" high, is 22" across and 14" deep. This could be for lingerie, jewelry, or would make a a wonderful silver chest. The condition is what it is, and it wouldn't be half a charming if it was any better. | ||||||
