| This lamp is made from a highly carved soapstone sculpture of a phoenix bird superimposed on a bocage, if that's the right term, of peonies or chrysanthemums and foliage. It is attached to a built up base of wood and metal. There is a new silk shade and a beautiful filigree finial. The soapstone has lovely coloration in shades of tan and taupe. It is in excellent condition and stands approximately 30" to the top of the finial. To the top of the sculpture it is 16". | ||||||
