| I love these vintage Italian pieces. The colors are clear and vivid, the modeling is good and the painted detail is quite good, and naturalistic as well. The figure is a grouse, quail or a partridge standing in some ground cover. It stands about 6" high and is in excellent condition. It looks wonderful on a shelf with majolica, or would look good with a table arrangement. Marked Italy on the bottom, it probably dates to the 1970's. | ||
