| This is a wonderful brass buckle, the kind that closes with a lip that slides into a slot. It is cast in high relief with foo dogs and entwined dragons with 3 claws. I am unfamiliar with the meaning of the symbols, and it has no markings other than the design. I think it is probably 19th to early 20th century. It is substantial and well made. The size is 2 1/2" by 1 1/4". | ||
