| Offered here is a fine old decanter box, of Chestnut I believe. It is English and dates to the early part of the 19th century. The wood has beautiful grain and patina. It has an age split across the top and I believe the handles on either side are original. On the inside, the lock is not present nor is the divider, so it is just open inside. What a beautiful piece, though. It has been well used and enjoyed. The box measures 15.5" across, 11" deep and it is 10.5" high. | |||||||||
