| Here we have a fabulous 19th century French copper on tin covered dish, complete with little dings and dents and a slightly tilted finial. Julia Child would have loved this, and think of the wonderful presentation next time you serve "Canetons Farcis Braises Catalane"! (For those of you who don't know me, this is a joke. My culinary skills peaked at peanut butter and jelly sandwiches, so I might put hot rolls in it.) The lovely dish measures 13" by 8.5". The dome is 10" by 6.5" and rises about 4". | ||||||||
