JAPANESE VINTAGE BASSE-TAILLE PIGEON BLOOD CLOISONNE VASE.

Vintage Japanese basse-taille pigeon blood cloisonné vase with design of bamboo hammered into the metal vase.

This pattern has then been overlaid with transparent ruby red enamel and finished with silver wired standard cloisonné decoration of prunus and bamboo .

The bottom rim is stamped as “Japanese Sato Cloisonne”.

In great condition without damage, a collectible little vase.
