This lovely little buckle would date to the late 19th or early 20th Century.
The design is moulded into the metal so strictly speaking this piece is champleve rather than cloisonne. It was probably produced in Europe, possibly France. The condition is good with just a tiny loss of enamel on one of the pieces where the two meet. |
