Kakiyu Chawan by Nishijima Hideki
Sold. Thank you.

This beautiful chawan (tea bowl) was made by a potter named Nishijima Hideki, born in 1948.

Kakiyu means persimmon glaze, which was used to give that splendid red color to the bowl (please be aware that the whiter blush are made by the reflection of the white support on the body of the bowl).

Please inquire if you have some questions.

The chawan bears the seal of the potter and is in perfect condition. It will be shipped in a signed box.
Dimensions: 13.5 x 6 cm (5.4 x 2.4 in)

Kindly read our Sales policy.
Nous pouvons également répondre en français.
