Mishima Chawan by Hara Kiyokazu

This interesting chawan (tea bowl) was made by a potter named Hara Kiyokazu, born in 1939, who specializes in Kyo-yaki, Kyoto ware, which is usually made for the Japanese tea ceremony.

This particular bowl is made in the Mishima style; a traditional Korean slip-inlay technique.

The chawan bears the seal of the potter and is in perfect condition. It will be shipped in a signed box.
