A splendid Ding type bowl dating from the Northern Song dynasty (960-1127), beautifully carved in lotus sprays.
The attractive vessel is veiled in a finely crackled white glaze with traces of bluish undertones, that form an imaginary bridge to the celadon wares of the same era.
As can be seen on pictures 7 and 8, a few innocent hairlines are visible inside the bowl, which does not leak. It will be shipped in a fitted wooden box.
Dimensions: 18.5 x 7 cm (7.4 x 2.8 in), weight 357g (12.5 oz)
