!A splendid set of five mukozuke Imari porcelain cups (used to serve dishes during a tea ceremony) made towards the end of the Edo period. Each cup is delicately decorated by hand with a rich palette of enamel colors and cobalt blue underglaze.
The cups are signed with the left part of the "fuku" mark, generally found on Imari ware from that period.
The set is in very good condition with very little enamel loss. The set will be shipped in an antique wooden box.
Dimensions: each cup is about 11.4 x 6 cm (4.6 x 2.4 in) and weighs about 171g (6 oz)
