Well painted and thinly potted bowl depicting a dragon in iron red and a phoenix in verte enamels chasing a pearl amidst firebrands and clouds on a sea of waves along the foot rim, a pattern of fretwork around the mouth, the interior glazed white, a six character apocryphal Qianlong mark on the base. Guangxu. 4 1/2 in. diam.
Condition. Perfect. No chips, cracks, hairlines or other damages. Provenance. Acquired from a Florida estate in 2001. This bowl is not a modern reproduction and is from the Qing Dynasty.
