Granite Jizo Bosatsu Bodhisattva Buddha Edo 17/18 c.
Standing Jizo Bosatsu, a long-stemmed lotus bloom in the right hand and a hoju (sacred jewel) in the left, figuratively sculpted from a high-quality granite. Early- to mid-Edo Period ca. 1700. Minor old loss. Good lichen accumulation.

Depth: 22 cm.

An elegantly sculpted Jizo with excellent size and significant age. Uncommon.
