Gilt Framed ~ Black Lace Hand Fan ~ MOP Guard & Sticks. A beautiful Antique Black Lace Fan with carved Mother of Pearl Guard and Sticks and black silk tassle. Standing Frame measures 29" wide and 18" tall. The fan measures 28" wide. The MOP Guard measures 12-1/2" long and the center sticks (before the lace) measure 4-1/2" long. In very good condition - preserved in this picture box- except for some damage to end of first MOP rib next to the Guard (please see photos). Handwritten on its back "4 Decembre 1950. Realise pour Andree Charles Martin en cadeaux Paris". A wonderful Parisian gift! Ready to hang by a cable cord or to stand with 2 gilt wooden feet. Just Gorgeous!
