| Framed ~ French Handpainted Hand Fan ~ Gilt MOP. Exquisite handpainted Baroque fan beautifully detailed with a scene of happily playing children lovingly watched by lavishly gowned women amidst pets, cherub statues and a Palace in the background. The Fan is housed within an elaborate silver gilt wooden frame (measuring 24-1/2" wide and 16-1/2" tall) and beveled glass backed with red velvet. The fan guard measures 11" long. The guard and sticks are wonderfully decorated in silver and gold gilding. All in very good condition except for damage to the lower left corner of the frame (please see photos). What a Beauty! | ||
