A fine and genuine Art Deco period 18k white gold and garnet ring c1920s. This size 10-1/4 ring features a 45 point (by gauge) genuine Bohemian red garnet set into a 5/16" x 1/4" front/top. This ring weighs 3.0 grams, it is stamped AIS 18K (partial maker's mark for the maker H. & E.G. Belais, New York c1920s-30s) and it has an E.F. - B.B. inscription on the inside of the band. This item is in excellent original condition with no chips, cracks, dents, bends, corrosion, losses, damage or repairs. The smudgy look to the top of the stone was caused by the photographer's finger, it doesn't look like that in real life. The garnet is a true Bohemian garnet red, it may appear a little lighter in colour in our photos. stone is a shade darker in colour in real life. All items are thoroughly and conservatively graded and all condition issues are noted; all items are vintage or antique and may have slight signs of gentle use. A cool looking and unusual ensemble c1960s by Sarah Coventry. This gold metal set includes the 32-1/4" belt with hook clasp, the 16-1/2" necklace with snapover catch and the 7-1/4" bracelet, also with a snapover catch. Each piece is 3/4" wide and all are marked SARAH COV. This set is in excellent original condition with no dents, corrosion, losses, damage or repairs other than a bit of flattening to one link on the belt (barely noticeable). All items are thoroughly and conservatively graded and all condition issues are noted; all items are secondhand and may have slight signs of gentle use. A 7-1/8" sterling silver hollow handled vintage butter spreader made by the famed Cartier firm. This high quality sterling spreader is in a pattern which we haven't been able to identify; it has a W.J.B. monogram. The blade is stainless. it is stamped CARTIER and STERLING HANDLE. It is in good vintage condition with no breaks, corrosion, losses, damage or repairs other than some fine overall nicks and dents from use - see pictures.
