A 14k yellow gold amethyst with 6 diamonds semi-cluster ring circa 1960s 1970. This vintage size 8 ring features a central natural oval cut amethyst flanked by two trios of genuine diamonds. A matching 18k yellow gold rubies pearl and blue enamel necklace and brooch set circa 1960s by Uno-A-Erre. This set consists of the 1-1/4" across brooch with a safety catch and the 17-3/4" lavaliere type necklace with a satin finish clasp (the clasp is the same design as used for pearl necklaces). Each piece has cobalt enamelled flower petals with central genuine claw-set rubies, and there are a few random spots with a soft pink enamel around the leaves. The 1" x 1-3/8" pendant has an enamelled drop with a 5.2 mm genuine cultured pearl. Each piece is stamped with a full set of Italian marks - both the 750 (18K) mark and the company city mark (1 AR for Uno A Erre of Arezzo) are in a coffin shaped mark (used in Italy before 1968) and there is an additional mark with UNO AR, which is for Uno A Erre, a highly regarded fine quality Arezzo jewellery firm. The pin weighs 5.0 grams and the necklace 9.3 grams. This set is in excellent original condition with no chips, cracks, scrapes, dents, monograms, bends, corrosion, losses, damage or repairs other than two minute possible losses to the enamel on the necklace (not visible without loop, may be original to the piece). Measuring 9/16" across the setting, this vintage size 7-1/4 or 7.25 abstract cluster ring features a 1.2 ct. oval genuine emerald (dark tone, bluish green, medium cut) with a 12 pt diamond and eight other diamonds (32 points total) all in VS-SI clarity and G-H colour. The emerald is visibly included, but is the most beautiful deep blue green colour. This ring weighs 3.8 grams and it has an independent gemological appraisal for $2000 (Canadian) from 2012. This retro brooch with three claw-set round brilliant cut genuine diamonds circa 1950s is well-made; it measures 2-1/8" x 1-1/4" pin is stamped 18 K and BIRKS. It has a safety catch, and it weighs 9.9 grams. The diamonds measure approximately 6 points in total - they are sparkling clear and white (VS, E-F colour). It is in excellent vintage condition with no breaks or cracks, dents, bends, corrosion, losses, damage or repairs, and the claws are in excellent condition also. It had an independent gemological appraisal by a certified gemologistfor $2600 CAD. The spinel is an emerald cut gem stone and this ring weighs 2.4 grams. One of the claws comes up above the ring in a lined curl, sort of in an abstract modernist wave design, a bit of an unusual assymetrical look. A 14k 3 diamond ring circa 1970s. This vintage diamond ring has 3 diamonds set in a vertical design, and has Orange Blossom inside the ring. It is a size 7 and the three diamonds are genuine and brilliant cut, of approximately 10 points each, with a total gem weight of approximately 30 points. The measurement is taken by gauge in setting, the diamonds are set in white gold, the rest of the ring is yellow gold. This modern design signet weighs 8.5 grams. It has a 14K and the Orange Blossom retail mark. Orange Blossom was a jewelry produced by Josten's before Traub of Minnesota purchased the firm.
