A superb and vintage (unsigned) gold plated brass necklace with large dramatic tassels with saphiret (or sapphiret ) glass stones c1930s. This 15-1/2" gold plated on brass necklace has a spring-ring catch, and it has five graduated chain and bell tassels suspended from it. The largest tassel measures 3-1/2" long and 1" across the bell; each individual tassel chain ends in a sapphiret glass stone. The farthest left and right tassels have 9 suspended chains and stones, the 2nd and 4th tassel has 11 chains and suspended stones, and the centre tassel has 18 chains and suspended stones. There is also a sapphiret at the top of each tassel canopy. This item is in excellent original condition with no chips, cracks, dents, bends, losses, damage or repairs other than a bit of gold wear at the clasp and some minor corrosion on some of the chain. A favourite piece from my own collection (that no longer fits). A vintage Art Deco size 6 diamond ring in 18k white gold c1915-20. This ring features a fine antique European cut .72 carat (by gauge) diamond of VS2 clarity, I colour, and fair (deep) cut. It includes an appraisal (for $5500 CAD) by an independent gemmologist, and it weighs 2.0 grams. It tests as 18k (the marks are obscured from an earlier sizing), and it is in excellent original condition with no chips, cracks, dents, bends, corrosion, losses, damage or repairs. All

A splendid 17-1/2" carved and lathe turned bakelite necklace c1920s-30s. This necklace consists of turned and hand-carved bakelite beads in oval, round and barrel forms; the colours include off-white, swirled tan, 2 colour pale green and brown. Most beads have variable colour layers and stripes, and the between triple disc striped spacers are all one piece. A gold plated late Victorian period 16-1/8" watch chain with a 12K gold and agate fob c1890. It has a swivel and spring-ring, with a suspended t-bar on a 1-3/4" chain. It has a barrel shaped 1" x 7/16" genuine banded agate fob mounted with 12k yellow gold ends (unmarked but tested). This octagonal facetted stone fob is mounted on two 7/8" gold filled chains and is attached to the main chain by a 7/8" link drop. This item would make a great necklace and it is in excellent original condition with no cracks, dents, bends, corrosion, losses, damage or repairs other than a few barely visible nicks to the stone's edges and a bit of gold wear to the swivel. A beautiful vintage silver necklace from Tibet with silver drops on chains, natural coral drops, inset turquoise stones and enamel. It is at least 75 years old, and possibly older. This necklace consists of the 20" chain which is mounted to the 1-3/4" x 1-1/4" pendant from which are suspended 7/8" long coral teardrops. It also has silver drops between the coral, turquoise cabochon stones and a central coral cabochon as well as green, blue and orange enamel work plus silver beading. There are also two 3-3/4" side chains with silver embossed terminals. It has a Chinese silver stamp on the back, and it weighs 46.7 grams. An unusual antique 14k yellow gold ring of a seed pearls and diamond sunburst or starburst ring c1900-10. The sunburst has 10 petals with genuine seed pearls and it has a central claw-set 8 point (measured by flat stone gauge) genuine antique European cut diamond; the shank is stamped 14K with a JIC maker's mark. I have never seen a pearl sunburst ring before in 32 years in antiques, but they most likely were made to go with the pearl lavalieres popular at the time. It is possible that this piece was produced slightly later date, but the ring shank is an appropriate one for the period, and the setting is properly mounted and appears original. This ring weighs 6.3 grams, and it is in very good condition with no chips, cracks, dents, bends, corrosion, losses or damage other than some glue residue on a couple of reset pearls (an old repair, and is restorable). The pearls have some colour variation, which is not unusual. An elegant vintage 1-3/8" across gilt sterling circle pin with alternating cultured pearls and round polished natural garnet beads c1940s-50. This pin is made of gilt sterling, and the garnets are 6 mm. across while the pearls are 4 mm. The garnet have a wonderful deep red colour and the well-matched pearls have a great creamy white lustre. There are gilt leaves between each stone, and this pin has a safety catch. This 1-3/8" x 1-3/8" pin has fine green and white enamel, it has a c-clasp, and it is signed STERLING NORWAY with the circled H maker's mark for Ivar T. Holth.
