A simple and elegant platinum black & white pearl ring set with diamonds c1930s. The pearls measure 7.5mm each. The white pearl is a cream colour, and has an even colour & lustre, and the black pearl ranges between silver-grey and dark grey in colour (see pictures) and the lustre is somewhat more uneven on the black pearl. There are four diamonds on each side measuring approximately 2 pts. each (16 pts in total). The diamonds are of excellent clarity and white colour (VS-SI and G-H in colour) and are modern cut. It is a solid and well constructed ring (weight approximately 7.0 grams) and is stamped 10% IRID PLAT (platinum and 10 per cent iridium). It is in excellent used condition - the only flaw I can see is a scratch on one side of the ring, which can be polished away. It is a size 6.
